Enbase Compressor Control Panel Does Not Power Up
Troubleshoot an Enbase Compressor Control Panel that does not power up by checking supply power, panel switches, fuses, and Battery Saver behavior.
If the Enbase Compressor Control Panel does not power up, start by checking the panel power source and the basic power components identified in the Enbase Compressor Control Panel guide.
Before You Begin
If troubleshooting requires disconnecting or reconnecting a cable, first make sure the area is non hazardous. If you are unsure whether it is safe to proceed, contact Enbase Support.
Check Whether Battery Saver Powered Down the Panel
If the panel powered down after the compressor shut down, Battery Saver may have intentionally disconnected panel power. When Battery Saver disconnects power, a local user must press the Power Up/Power Reset button until the system boots and the Battery Saver relay resets.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Confirm the supply voltage at the Enbase Panel terminals. The Enbase Panel is designed to operate from a 12 to 32 VDC supply.
- Make sure the Panel Power switch is in the On position.
- Check the fuse on the Enbase Hub.
- Check the fuse on the Panel Input Power terminal block.
If the Panel Still Does Not Power Up
If supply power is present, the Panel Power switch is on, and the applicable fuses are good, contact Enbase Support for additional troubleshooting. Provide the asset or panel name and any voltage measurements or observations you collected.
