What Can You Do with Enbase Mobile?

With Enbase Mobile you can:
• Receive native push notifications for dashboard alerts and alarms
• Search and filter assets quickly
• View asset tags and measurements
• Launch driving directions using your device's default map application
• Monitor assets while working in the field

Your available features depend on your organization's Enbase configuration and user permissions.

Downloading the App

Enbase Mobile is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Apple App Store
 https://apps.apple.com/us/app/enbase-mobile/id6502023269

Google Play Store
 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.detechtion.enbasemobile

Logging In

Use the same username and password you use to access the Enbase Dashboard.

If you've forgotten your username or password, use the recovery options available from the login screen.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled for your organization, you'll be prompted to enter your verification code when signing in. Existing MFA configurations work the same in the mobile app as they do in the Enbase Dashboard.

Enable Notifications

1. Allow notifications when prompted the first time you open the app.
2. If you previously declined, enable notifications later through your device's Settings.
3. Open your Profile within Enbase Mobile and turn on Push Notifications. Multi-tenant users will need to enable notifications for each tenant individually.

Enable Location Services

We recommend allowing Location Services while using the app.

Location access enables:
• Distance to assets
• Driving directions
• Improved field navigation

If Location Services were not enabled during setup, they can be updated later through your device's Settings.

Viewing Notifications

The Notifications page displays a history of notifications you've received within the past 48 hours (or since installing the app, whichever is shorter).

Current Limitations

At this time, the Downtime page is not available within Enbase Mobile. If you subscribe to downtime notifications, continue using your existing SMS or email alerts to receive those notifications.

Best Practices

• Enable push notifications during setup.
• Allow Location Services for navigation features.
• Keep the app updated.
• Use the same credentials as your Enbase Dashboard.
• Review notifications regularly while working in the field.
