How Do I Remove a User Account

Remove access for former employees, role changes, or users who no longer require access to Enbase, Enalysis, or EZOps.

Overview

If an employee has left your organization, changed roles, or no longer requires access to Detechtion products, you can request that their user account be removed or disabled. Removing access helps ensure your organization's data remains secure and that only authorized users can access your Detechtion environment.

  • Manager or Supervisor (if applicable)

                  Who Can Request User Removal?

                  • Manager or Supervisor (if applicable)

If you're unsure whether you're authorized to submit this request, please contact your company administrator.

                        What Happens Next?

                        1. Detechtion Support will verify the request.
                        2. The user's access will be removed or disabled for the requested product(s).
                        3. Support will notify the requestor once the request has been completed.
                        4. If additional information is required, Support will contact the requestor before making any changes.

                                Need to Remove Access Immediately?

If the user should no longer have immediate access due to a security concern or employment termination, please indicate this when submitting your request. Urgent requests should be clearly identified so they can be prioritized by the Support team.
