How to Analyze Downtime Events in OneView

Learn how to use the fleet wide Downtime Events page to review downtime, compare mechanical downtime, open event details, and export results.

Downtime Events provides a fleet wide view of how much downtime has occurred and why. Use it when you want to compare assets rather than investigate only one compressor.

Choose a Time Range

Select 24 Hours, 7 Days, 30 Days, or a Custom range before comparing downtime results.

Review the Summary Metrics
  • Total Downtime and Average Runtime
  • Mechanical Downtime and Average Mechanical Availability
  • Total Events

Review the Events Table

The table provides asset level information and can include the most recent downtime reason. Select View on an asset row to open a Downtime Details panel and review individual events for that compressor.

 Export Downtime Data

OneView provides two export options:

  • Asset Performance (.csv): summarized downtime metrics by asset
  • Raw Events (.csv): the individual downtime event log

Example: Investigate Excessive Downtime

1. Open Downtime Events and set the time range to 30 Days or a representative Custom period.

2. Locate the compressor and compare it with the fleet wide summary metrics.

3. Select View to review the asset's individual downtime details.

4. Export the data if additional analysis is needed.
