How to Get Help With Advanced Enbase Functions

Learn when to contact Enbase Support or your Account Manager for Advanced Function access, configuration, troubleshooting, and equipment control assistance.

Advanced Enbase Functions provide additional control, timing, counting, analytics, and signal processing capabilities. Because many Advanced Functions can affect equipment behavior, some applications require additional planning and configuration support.

Advanced Function Access

Advanced Functions require a higher Hub subscription level. Advanced Function access may also add a monthly data subscription. Contact your Account Manager or Enbase Support if a required Advanced Function is not available on your Hub.

When to Contact Enbase Support

  • You are unsure which Function should be used for the application.
  • You need help binding the correct Tags or values to Function inputs.
  • A Function result does not match the expected equipment or process behavior.
  • You are configuring PID, control outputs, ramps, exclusion zones, timers, counters, or other Advanced control logic.
  • A Function will directly affect a physical output or operating target.
  • You need help validating an existing Function configuration after equipment or controller changes.

Information to Provide

When requesting help, provide the asset or Hub name, the Function name, the Tags or equipment involved, the expected result, and the behavior you are currently seeing.

Before Changing Active Control Logic

If a Function is part of active equipment control, do not change the configuration unless you understand the effect on the equipment and are authorized to make the change. Enbase Support can assist with review and validation.
