How to Submit Feedback or Contact OneView Support

Learn how to submit OneView feedback and what information to provide when contacting Detechtion Support about a OneView issue.

OneView provides an in application feedback option for reporting an issue or suggesting a feature. You can also contact Detechtion Support when you need assistance troubleshooting a OneView problem.

Submit Feedback in OneView

1. Find Submit Feedback at the bottom of the left navigation.

2. Open the feedback form.

3. Describe the issue you experienced or the feature you would like to suggest.

4. Optionally include a proposed solution or additional context.

5. Select Submit Feedback.

Contact Support

For direct assistance, contact Detechtion Support using the current OneView support contact provided by your organization. The supplied OneView materials consistently list the support phone number as 713 492 0008, option 2.

  • Your organization or customer name
  • Asset Number
  • Approximate time the issue started
  • A screenshot of what is shown on screen

Why This Information Helps

Providing the asset number, timing, and screenshot helps Support understand which compressor and OneView condition you are referring to and can reduce the amount of back and forth needed to begin troubleshooting.
