How to View and Reset Compressor Run Hours in Enbase
Learn what the Enbase Run Hour Meter tracks, how it supports preventive maintenance, and how to reset it after maintenance.
The Enbase Compressor Control Panel maintains a Run Hour Meter that tracks how long the compressor has been running. Run hours can be used to help determine when preventive maintenance should be scheduled.
Why Run Hours Matter
A run hour value provides a consistent way to track equipment operating time. Your maintenance program can use that value along with the equipment manufacturer and company maintenance requirements to determine when service is due.
Viewing the Run Hour Meter
The Enbase Panel maintains the compressor Run Hour Meter as part of the Compressor Controller. The Compressor Control Panel guide documents the menu used to set or reset the meter, but it does not identify one universal screen for viewing the current value. If you do not see the Run Hour Meter in your compressor interface, contact Enbase Support for help locating it on your panel.
How to Set or Reset the Run Hour Meter
After planned maintenance has been completed, an authorized user can access the Run Hour Meter function from the Compressor Controller menu.
- Open the Hub Control Panel and go to the Compressor Controller Home Page.
- Open the Compressor Controller menu.
- Select Set Run Hour Meter.
- Use the Run Hour Meter function to set or reset the value required by your maintenance process.
- Confirm the value reflects the intended maintenance record before leaving the screen.
Before Resetting Run Hours
Resetting or changing the Run Hour Meter changes the operating time record used for maintenance tracking. Only update it when maintenance has been completed or when an approved correction is required.
When to Contact Enbase Support
Contact Enbase Support if the Run Hour Meter is not visible, the displayed value does not match the expected operating time, or you are unsure whether the meter should be reset after a maintenance event.
