How to View Compressor Shutdown History in Enbase

Learn how to view compressor shutdown history in Hub Control Panel and review the date, shutdown reason, and duration of previous shutdown events.

The Enbase Compressor Control Panel maintains a history of compressor shutdowns. Shutdown History can help you determine when a shutdown occurred, why it occurred, and how long the compressor remained in the shutdown state.

View Shutdown History

  1. Open Hub Control Panel for the Enbase Compressor Control Panel.
  2. Open the Compressor Controller menu.
  3. Select Shutdown History.
  4. Select the date range you want to review.

The Shutdown History grid will display the shutdowns recorded for the selected date range.

 What Information Is Included?

Shutdown History includes the following information:

  • Date/Time: The timestamp when the shutdown occurred.
  • Shutdown Code: The internal code associated with the shutdown reason.
  • Shutdown Code Description: A description of the reason for the shutdown.
  • Duration: The amount of time the compressor remained in the shutdown state for that event.

How Can Shutdown History Help With Troubleshooting?

Reviewing shutdown history can help identify recurring shutdown causes, confirm when a reported shutdown occurred, and provide useful context when troubleshooting an asset.

When reviewing an event, pay particular attention to the Shutdown Code Description and the time of the shutdown. You can then compare the event with other Enbase information, such as Tag values, alarms, or System Events, when additional investigation is needed.

When to Contact Enbase Support

If the shutdown reason is unclear or the compressor repeatedly shuts down for the same condition, contact Enbase Support. Provide the asset name, shutdown date and time, Shutdown Code Description, and any related alarm or Tag information available.
