Understanding Common Dashboard Messages

Learn what common dashboard messages mean in Enbase and how to troubleshoot status notifications, warnings, and informational messages.

Overview

The Enbase Dashboard may display informational messages, warnings, or status notifications while you are using the application. These messages are intended to help you understand the current state of the dashboard, your account, or an asset.

Some messages are informational, while others may indicate that additional action is required.

              No Results Found

This message appears when your search or selected filters do not return any matching information.

              Try:

              • Clearing filters
              • Verifying the asset name
              • Using a different search term

                    Loading

A Loading message indicates the dashboard is retrieving information.

If the message remains for an extended period:

                    • Refresh the page.
                    • Verify your internet connection.
                    • Try again after a few moments.
