Understanding Reports in Enbase

Learn how to use Enbase reports to analyze asset performance, monitor availability, manage users and permissions, and review operational data.

Overview

The Reports section of the Enbase Dashboard provides built-in reports that help you monitor equipment, review user access, analyze downtime, and understand fleet performance.

Each report is designed to answer a specific operational or administrative question. Depending on your role and permissions, the reports available may vary.

Available Reports

User Administration

Displays all users in the system, including their assigned roles, email address, phone number, and account status.

Permissions Administration

Displays each security role and the permissions assigned to that role.

Users Assets

Displays users and the assets currently assigned to each user.

Blowdown

Displays information related to blowdown events for monitored equipment.

Assets

Displays all configured assets and the users assigned to each asset.

Exec Availability

Provides equipment availability across all units based on mechanical and non-mechanical downtime events.

Event Log

Displays the historical alarm and event log recorded for monitored assets.

Custom Availability

Calculates equipment availability using a user-selected start and end date.

Asset Availability

Displays availability information for a single asset.

Fleet Availability

Provides a fleet-wide summary of equipment availability.
