Understanding the OneView Fleet Overview

Learn how to use Fleet Overview to review compressor status, find assets that need attention, filter your fleet, and export the current view.

Fleet Overview is the main fleet health page in OneView. It gives you a quick view of how many compressors are running normally, down, reporting alarms, not communicating, or intentionally in standby.

Status Summary Cards

The cards at the top of Fleet Overview show the number of assets in each status. The cards are interactive. Select a card to filter the table to that status.

  • Normal
  • Offline
  • Danger

  • No Data
  • Standby
  • Total Fleet

Compressor Fleet Status Table

The table shows the assets visible to your account with key fields such as Asset Number, Lease Name, Status, Telemetry, Last Fault, and Last Updated.

Search and Filters

Use Search when you already know an asset number or lease name. Use Filters when you need to narrow a larger fleet by criteria such as Vendor, Location, Telemetry, Optimization Enabled, Horsepower, Foreman, Customer, Engine Model, Compressor Model, or Status.

Select Export (.csv) to download the current filtered view.

 Example: Find Every Offline Compressor

1. Open Fleet Overview.

2. Select the Offline status card or set Status to Offline in Filters.

3. Review the filtered table and export it to CSV if needed.
