Viewing Offline History in Enbase
Learn how to review an asset's offline history to identify communication interruptions, investigate connectivity issues, and understand historical asset availability.
The Offline tab provides a history of when an asset entered and exited an offline state. Reviewing this information helps you understand communication activity over time and identify periods when the asset was unavailable.
The Offline History is intended to help operators identify communication interruptions and review historical connectivity for an asset.
Accessing Offline History
To view an asset's Offline History:
- Sign in to the Enbase Dashboard.
- Search for and select the asset you want to review.
- Open the Offline tab.
The information displayed reflects the recorded offline history for the selected asset.
Information Displayed
Depending on your organization's configuration, Offline History may include:
- Offline start time
- Offline end time
- Duration
- Asset name
- Current status
- Additional event details
The information displayed may vary depending on your monitoring configuration.

Offline History can help you:
- Review previous offline events.
- Identify recurring communication interruptions.
- Compare offline events with alerts and downtime events.
- Better understand an asset's communication history.
Reviewing Offline History alongside Alerts, Downtime Events, and Charts provides additional context when investigating asset activity.
